Young Mothers Spiritual Retreat

Retreat Sign Up Form

Four Saturdays: April 6 – 27, 2019
9:30 a.m. – 11:35 a.m.

To all young mothers:

It’s hard for young mothers to find time or help to do daily chores and errands, let alone to attend any faith formation programs. However, it’s essential for all young or new mothers; faith formation is a continually ongoing process, so new and young mothers must be properly nurtured in order to fulfill their baptismal vocation.

Lincoln Park’s Young Mothers’ Spiritual Retreat: Faith Formation provides babysitting, necessary help to care for babies and young children, and will guide new mothers to attend to their maturity of faith, as well as their children’s. You do not have to be a member of Lincoln Park UMC in order to come- it is open to all women!

Faith Formation is the church’s responsibility. Every person is to grow continually “in every way into [Christ] who is the head.”
