Wednesday Evenings in Lent, March 9–April 13, 2022. Those who are able and interested will gather at church at 6:30pm for a short service. All are welcome!
The word ‘Lent’ comes from the word Lengthen or Lencten, referring to the lengthening of days during spring. Like spring, Lent gives way to new life.
By prayer, fasting and almsgiving, our spiritual life, personal life and our outreach to those on the margins of life is improved and ultimately it will lead us to have a deeper personal encounter with Christ.
How do we walk with Christ—daily follow him, grow in him, and faithfully serve him? Based on the book and DVD study series by Adam Hamilton, we will discover five essential spiritual practices rooted in Jesus’ own walk with God.
Thursday Nights, March 14th to April 18th | Pastor Adam Hamilton’s teachings on the Final Words from the Cross are inspiring and thought-provoking. We invite you to join us our table fellowship (soup & salad) at 6 p.m. and then in encouraging one another’s faith journey.
