The care ministry's goal is to prepare a hot meal once a month and share with senior members or our neighbors who would appreciate it. We need people to cook, deliver meals, and share their resources for this new ministry.
Anyone from anywhere in the world can join. Each person can read according to their convenience, and it could be done one sitting or at different times in a day. Reading materials and reflections are shared through a WhatsApp group and they come from people all over the world, and this will help us to understand the Bible better.
Wednesday Evenings in Lent, March 9–April 13, 2022. Those who are able and interested will gather at church at 6:30pm for a short service. All are welcome!
The word ‘Lent’ comes from the word Lengthen or Lencten, referring to the lengthening of days during spring. Like spring, Lent gives way to new life.
What a year 2021 has been! We made it through the second year of the pandemic. Many of us faced challenges in one way or other, but we all have learned to adapt. And, we kept pressing forward. More than ever, I feel our faith matters. We do not face storms alone because our God journeys with us.
