The Reading Philharmonic Concert will be held at Lincoln Park on March 12th at 3 PM. Donations collected that day will be given to the Reading Music Foundation’s Operation Replay program which solicits gently used instruments from donors that can be overhauled and then given to students who do not have the funds to buy an instrument enabling them to participate in instrumental programs.
