UPDATE 12/16/24: The Missions Committee thanks everyone who participated in the Salvation Army Adopt-a-Family Angel Tree project. Today, a car full of gifts—winter coats, clothing, personal care products, household items, toys, and gift cards—was delivered to the Salvation Army. Because of your generosity, this family will have a memorable Christmas.
Missions Update – Summer 2025
The committee thanks all who gave money to help Hannah’s Hope assist single mothers. This organization provides an amazing new start for women in need.
Our next Mission is to support The Salvation Army. It has already begun and will continue until the end of July. You can give to this organization by placing contributions in the church offering plate or by sending a donation to the Church Office. For information about the Salvation Army, you can read a description of their community assistance endeavors found on the giving envelope stand, located at the entrances to the sanctuary.
In August we’ll let you know the monetary amounts that our church donated to the many agencies we’ve supported this year. Our last two Mission projects, in fall and winter, will be to collect food and money for Helping Harvest and to purchase gifts for the Angel Tree.
