We will be having a clothing drive for the Hope Rescue Mission. Last September, they opened a new center called The Lighthouse. This new building is designated specifically for women and children.
Family Music Camp 2015 – The Star Factor
Lincoln Park Presents…
Its second annual FAMILY MUSIC CAMP — THE STAR FACTOR by Christy and Daniel Semsen — a musical for all ages! The setting is Camp Heart and Soul, a summer arts camp. There are clever story lines, humorous characters, and memorable songs! Leading us will be Lindsey Villecco, Director; KC Dianna, Choreographer; and Beverly Perella, Music Director.
Rehearsals are Monday – Thursday from 6-8. Dress rehearsal is Friday, July 24, from 6-7, followed by a performance at 7:30. There will be one church service on Sunday, July 29 at 10 am, featuring the musical The Star Factor. Lunch will follow the service.
Last year 50-60 people helped in our production. They were actors, singers, dancers, babysitters, props personnel, snack servers, set designers/builders, costumers, AV technicians, and greeters. So, you see there’s a position for YOU! Grandparents were singing next to grandkids, and church acquaintances became dear friends. Invite your family, friends, and neighbors to join us in the production. And don’t forget to invite everyone to our two performances.
